Community Based Health Initiative for Learning and Development.
Mission: To attain and maintain physical, social-emotional/behavioral, intellectual/ educational and moral/ spiritual health health in family focused and community based manner using current and new evidence based modalities.
Activities are providing services mainly Bolivia, Bangladesh, India and USA, mostly training, education and advocacy to parents and professionals in Development and Behavioral areas focusing on Autism and other developmental disorders.
CHILD Foundation Bolivia is a part of this in collaboration with Society of Pediatrics in Santa Cruz, Bolivia.

Congratulations to Raquel Bravo Clouzet for arranging this 2 day conference in Santa Cruz, Bolivia👏👏. From arranging webinar, to translating slides and presenting her research plus some of the content of the lectures, she was amazing!!!! A big Thank you to THMEP, TMC for their support including interpreters ! Honored to be part of this. Thank you also to my friend Ana Scaliter for participating from Buenos Aires, Argentina.
We hope to do more for the primary care doctors and patients of Bolivia in the future….this is the beginning of a bigger connection!! 🙏
May 19th we had a very productive zoom meeting with Tita Fernandez and a lot of professionals in Santa Cruz, Bolivia including pediatricians, neurologist, speech therapist, occupational therapists , physical therapist, social workers.
The mission of C.H.I.L.D. Foundation International was discussed and sub section of Bolivia high lighted.
We will soon start seeing patients online.
We have started educational seminars with professionals.
We expressed our gratitude to interpreter Tami Nino !!
Friday, July 8, 2022 evening, we had a talk session with parents and professionals in Bolivia!! 21 participants were in this conference, including parents and professionals from Santa Cruz. Bolivia.
Topic: Autism Spectrum Disorder
This was an introduction session with parents of children with Autism, discussing definition, etiology, evaluation and management.
